The subscription period for shares conducted by “KollektA” OJSC has been extended.
On September 16, 2026, “KollektA” OJSC submitted an application to the Baku Stock Exchange requesting an extension of the subscription period and a change in the placement date. The application was reviewed by the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange, and following the discussions held, a decision was made to extend the subscription period and change the placement date.
Pursuant to the decision, the subscription period, which initially covered the dates from September 14 to September 18, 2026, has been extended until September 29, 2026, and the placement date has been changed from September 21, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
