TəhsilPlus cardholders in Baku can make their first NFC public transport journey each weekday for just 1 qəpik, between 2-30 November.
The offer builds on the expansion of digital payments across Baku's public transport network, where passengers can pay directly with a bank card without purchasing or topping up a separate transport card. It also follows Mastercard's earlier 1 Qəpik Mondays initiative, extending the benefit across the working week specifically for TəhsilPlus cardholders.
The dedicated TəhsilPlus offer runs alongside Mastercard's wider public transport campaign in Baku in partnership with K-Group and BakıKart. Until the end of 2026, every fourth eligible NFC public transport journey paid with Mastercard costs just 1 qəpik.
More Value Beyond the Classroom with Mastercard qazanc+
The benefits continue beyond the commute, across the purchases that are part of daily life. Through Mastercard qazanc+, TəhsilPlus cardholders can earn cashback on eligible payments made with a digital wallet in Azerbaijan, whether buying groceries, dining out, shopping for clothing or paying for other regular needs.
Depending on program status and merchant participation, total cashback can reach up to 16%, helping teachers make the most of their everyday spending while enjoying the convenience and security of digital payments.
