Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov will receive citizens from Oghuz, Gakh, Zagatala, Balakan, Gabala, Ismayilli districts and the city of Shaki on 20 November.
The reception will be held starting from 11:00 AM in the administrative building of the Oghuz State Agrarian Development Center (address: AZ4800, Oghuz city, S.Seyidbeyov street, 20).
